What we collect

When you buy a ticket, we collect your name, email address and phone number so we can send your tickets and contact you about your order. If you choose to create an account, we also store your email and a securely hashed password — we never store passwords in plain text.

Payments

Payments are handled directly by Stripe. We don’t receive or store your card number; Stripe shares with us only what we need to confirm and manage your order.

Email

Tickets, account verification and order emails are sent through Resend, our email delivery provider, using the address you give us at checkout.

Cookies

We use a single cookie to keep you signed in to your account. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your data

Your details are used only to process your order, deliver your tickets, verify your account if you create one, and respond if you contact us. We don’t sell your data, and we only share it with the services above as needed to run this site.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us with the email address used on your order.
